Terms of Service

Effective April 12, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating a ShineSuite account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

ShineSuite provides booking, customer management, invoicing, and related tools for mobile auto detailing businesses. Features, pricing, and availability may change.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your login credentials, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. One account per business.

4. Your data

You own the data you submit (customers, bookings, settings, etc.). You grant ShineSuite a limited license to host, process, and display this data solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to collect and store the customer information you upload.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to: (a) send spam or unsolicited marketing; (b) violate any law or third-party right; (c) attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; (d) impersonate another person or business; (e) resell or sublicense the service without written permission.

6. Beta & trial

During the beta and free-trial period, the service is provided as-is for evaluation and feedback. Uptime, features, and data retention are not guaranteed. Export your data regularly.

7. Payment (when applicable)

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or pose a security or legal risk. On termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHINESUITE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify ShineSuite against claims arising from your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
